We’re Melissa & Charles Scott, the owners behind Prestige Vacays. We believe hospitality works best when it’s personal—rooted in real relationships and local care. After years inside corporate‑style property management—where care was limited and communication was slow—we built Prestige Vacays to restore integrity, honesty, and hands‑on commitment to vacation rentals. We live where we host—Alto/Ruidoso and Las Cruces—so we’re present, responsive, and accountable. We keep our portfolio intentionally small so we can know every home, serve every owner, and welcome every guest like a friend. Prestige is our shared work and legacy—a boutique, hospitality‑first approach that treats people and homes the right way.
