Our Story
We’re Melissa & Charles Scott, the owners behind Prestige Vacays. We believe hospitality works best when it’s personal, rooted in real relationships and local care. After years inside corporate-style property management, where care was limited and communication was slow, we built Prestige Vacays to restore integrity, honesty, and hands-on commitment to vacation rentals. We live where we host, Alto/Ruidoso and Las Cruces, so we’re present, responsive, and accountable. We keep our portfolio intentionally small so we can know every home, serve every owner, and welcome every guest like a friend. Prestige is our shared work and legacy: a boutique, hospitality-first approach that treats people and homes the right way.
