Bashful Coyote is a single-level Tuscan-style home located in the Sonoma Ranch area of Las Cruces, offering generous living space, custom finishes, and views of the Organ Mountains. Designed for comfort and functionality, the home supports easy indoor–outdoor living and longer, more relaxed stays.
Tile flooring runs throughout the main living areas, with carpeted bedrooms for added comfort. High ceilings, natural light, and large windows create a bright, open feel throughout the home.

Fully stocked kitchen includes granite countertops, island cooktop, peninsula seating for four, built-in appliances, wall oven and microwave, and a dedicated coffee bar with Keurig coffeemaker.

This property has exterior security cameras installed for safety purposes only. A Ring doorbell camera is located at the front entry, and an additional exterior camera is positioned above the garage, facing the driveway and street. There are no cameras inside the home or in private outdoor living areas.

Occupancy- Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
• Guests include all persons over the age of 2, including children. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Parking: Maximum of 3 vehicles. Parking is permitted in the garage and driveway only. No street parking at any time.
Garage Access: The two-car garage is available for guest use for the duration of the stay. Garage access is from inside the home only. Garage remotes and exterior keypad codes are not provided.
Fire Features
• The indoor gas fireplace is guest-operable and intended for ambiance only.
• The outdoor fire table is for warmth and ambiance only and may not be used for cooking.
• The outdoor wood-burning fireplace may be used responsibly. Use the ash bucket only for ash disposal. Do not place ashes in household or city trash cans. Do not start a fire in the outdoor fireplace on your day of departure.
• Ashes will be safely disposed of by our team after checkout.
Food Policy: No food is permitted in the bedrooms. Please enjoy meals and snacks in the kitchen, dining, or living areas.

This is a private residence in a residential neighborhood. Please treat the home, furnishings, and neighbors with care and respect. Failure to follow house rules may result in additional charges or early termination of the stay without refund.
