Gather in the spacious great room with its soaring ceilings, stone fireplace, and wall of windows overlooking the lake. Enjoy gourmet cooking in the fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, built in oven & microwave, gas professional series cooktop, and butler’s pantry with a coffee bar. Each bedroom features a king bed, en suite bath, and smart TV—four include an extra twin bed.
The lower-level game room invites fun for all ages with pool table, arcade games, and a large TV, opening to an expansive deck for outdoor lounging. From sunrise coffee to evening wine overlooking the lake, every moment here feels like a postcard.
Located just minutes from Grindstone Lake Recreation Area, Midtown Ruidoso, Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort, and Ski Apache, this lodge is ideal for group getaways, reunions, and unforgettable mountain experiences.

Respect the Space & the Peace
Maximum of 20 guests — registered guests only, please.
No parties or events of any kind. We love a good celebration, but this home and neighborhood are designed for relaxation and quiet enjoyment.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
Safety & Security
There is a driveway camera outside for guest safety — never inside the home.
A noise monitor helps us maintain peaceful vibes. It measures volume only and does not record conversations.
Stair gates are installed at the top and bottom of the main staircase for safety.
Please, no smoking or vaping indoors.
Parking
You’re welcome to use the two-car garage and the paved motor court.
Please don’t block the road or neighboring driveways.
Trash & Wildlife
Bag all trash and take it to the public beige dumpsters nearby. This is standard practice in Ruidoso since there’s no curbside pickup.
Always close the bear latches on the dumpsters to keep wildlife (and your car) safe.
Grindstone Lake Access
The lake is just below the property and can be reached by a nearby trail.
The trail is unlit and some distance away, so please use it only during daylight hours.
For your safety, no lake access after dark.
Winter Travel
Roads are paved and easy to navigate most of the year, even for compact cars.
In snowy or icy conditions, four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is strongly recommended.

Check-in: after 4:00 PM
Check-out: by 11:00 AM
Please load and start the dishwasher before you leave, and treat the home with the same care you’d expect from a luxury stay.
