Mountain Mischief is an upscale 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath mountain home in Alto, just minutes from Ruidoso. Surrounded by tall pines with beautiful Sierra Blanca Peak, canyon, and valley views, this two-level retreat features four private bedroom suites, each with its own en suite bathroom. Enjoy spacious gathering areas, a game room with pool table, multiple covered outdoor living spaces, and a private year-round hot tub. With beautiful mountain scenery and plenty of room for up to eight guests, Mountain Mischief is designed for couples, families, and friends to relax and enjoy time together.

A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check-in.
OCCUPANCY AND QUIET HOURS
- Maximum occupancy: 8 guests
- Maximum parking: 4 vehicles
- No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Sound carries easily in the mountains, so please keep outdoor conversations, music, and other noise at a respectful level.
ALTO LAKES COMMUNITY
- Alto Lakes Golf and Country Club, The Outlaw, and Kokopelli Golf Club are private clubs. Club amenities are not included with this rental.
- No trailers, RVs, or campers.
- Garage parking is not available. The garage is used as the guest game room.
- Please respect neighboring properties and community rules throughout your stay.
HOT TUB SAFETY
- Children must never be left unattended in or around the hot tub.
- No glass is permitted in or around the hot tub.
- Secure the hot tub cover after each use.
- Please observe quiet hours when using the hot tub in the evening.
PETS, SMOKING AND FIRE SAFETY
- No pets are permitted.
- No smoking or vaping inside the home, including marijuana.
- Outdoor smoking requires extreme caution and may be prohibited during fire restrictions. Never discard smoking materials anywhere on the property or from the decks.
- Outdoor campfires and fire pits are prohibited at short-term rental properties.
CARE OF THE HOME
- Children must be supervised on decks, stairs, and outdoor areas.
- Please keep food and colored beverages out of the bedrooms to help protect bedding, carpets, and furnishings.
- Please do not move furniture.
- Please use the gas fireplace, propane grill, and game room equipment responsibly.
TRASH
- Keep all trash securely bagged and never leave trash outdoors.
- Trash must be taken to the Alto Lakes Sanitation Station at 1221 High Mesa Road, across from Kokopelli Golf Club, during your stay and before departure.
GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT
These House Rules provide an overview of the requirements for your stay. A signed Guest Rental Agreement is required prior to check-in and contains the complete terms, conditions, House Rules, and property disclosures.
Significant or repeated violations may result in additional charges or termination of the stay without refund, as provided in the Guest Rental Agreement.
