Salty Pines is a custom-built log cabin perched above forested canyons with sweeping Sierra Blanca views, offering a refined yet relaxed mountain escape just minutes from the heart of Ruidoso. Set on over an acre in a quiet, wooded neighborhood, this thoughtfully designed cabin blends authentic mountain character with carefully curated comforts for a truly elevated stay.

Sleeping up to six guests, Salty Pines features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a private hot tub, two scenic decks, and panoramic views across the Ruidoso Valley. Its central location—approximately 1.5 miles from Midtown Ruidoso and Grindstone Lake—makes it ideal for guests seeking both privacy and easy access to shopping, dining, and outdoor recreation.

The home spans approximately 1,950 square feet across two levels and is designed for comfort, connection, and flexibility.

• Primary bedroom (main level) with king bed, Smart TV, massage chair, en suite bathroom, and direct access to the deck and hot tub

• Two downstairs guest bedrooms, each with a queen bed, large closets, and deck access

• One guest bedroom includes a dedicated work-friendly space with desk, chair, and printer

• Lower-level Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared by guest bedrooms

ACCESS & PARKING

Guests enjoy full, private access to the home and outdoor spaces. Parking is available for up to three vehicles in the paved circular driveway. A few steps are required to enter the home, and interior stairs lead to the lower level.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests

• Pet-friendly: Up to two dogs under 50 lbs, pet fee required (no fenced yard; pets must be supervised)

• No parties or events permitted

• Quiet hours observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

• Ring doorbell camera at front entrance for exterior security only
