Step into a great room defined by its floor-to-ceiling custom stone fireplace, complete with turquoise inlay mantel and remote-control power shades that reveal the horizon. Walls of glass and sliding doors open to a 1,700-square-foot Trex deck, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living. The east-facing deck frames endless views across the Ruidoso valley—perfect for sunrise coffee, open-air dining, or an evening soak beneath the stars in the private hot tub.
The chef’s kitchen showcases top-of-the-line appliances, a high-end gas range with dual ovens, wine refrigerator, and a massive quartz island for prep and conversation. A walk-in pantry hides a sleek coffee bar, complete with Keurig, coffee pods, and mugs.
Each of the four king suites offers a private ensuite bath, walk-in closets, Smart TVs and refined comfort. Monogrammed robes, plush linens, and luxury apothecary amenities included. Two primary suites on the main level feature soaking tubs, dual vanities, and walk-in showers: one has private access to sitting area on the back deck.
Upstairs, a separate entertainment lounge with French doors serves as the heart of the second level—a perfect gathering spot with Smart TV and convertible table that flips from board game surface to poker setup: perfect for poker night or family games. This property accommodates a maximum of eight guests. Only registered guests are permitted on-site, and parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed. We appreciate your help in keeping this home a peaceful space for all who stay here.
Smoking or vaping inside the home is strictly prohibited. Outdoor smoking is permitted when local fire conditions allow. Please be mindful that during periods of high fire danger, the Village of Ruidoso may temporarily restrict outdoor smoking or open flames.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval and payment of the pet fee. Please use the fenced dog run and provided waste bags. Pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding to help maintain the quality of our linens for all guests.
To preserve the home’s pristine condition, please enjoy meals and beverages in the kitchen, dining, or outdoor areas only. Food and colored drinks are not permitted in bedrooms so that our white linens remain fresh and bright for everyone’s enjoyment.
The outdoor hot tub is available year-round for guest use. Please enjoy responsibly—no glassware, food, or soaps in or around the tub. Replace the cover securely after each use and observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
The great-room fireplace is gas-operated by wall switch and intended for decorative use only. Do not attempt to tamper with the glass enclosure. If the fireplace will not ignite, call for assistance.
Ruidoso follows a self-haul trash system. Guests are asked to bag and take trash to the nearest public dumpsters, ensuring that bear-latch doors are securely closed. Please don't leave trash in the garage and never leave trash outside.
Parking is available in the driveway and two-car garage only. No street parking overnight.
This home features two levels and requires use of stairs to access the upstairs bedrooms and game room. Please supervise children carefully around stairways, decks, and balconies.
